Terms of Service for CyberLexa

1. Scope of Services

CyberLexa offers: professional consulting and legal services (Services), digital resources (Infoproducts), and branded items (Goods). Each category is subject to its own terms as set out below.

2. Professional Services

Services include strategic advice, contract drafting, compliance reviews, and legal representation related to information technology. Service engagements begin upon mutual agreement and payment of the relevant fees.

3. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include e-books, guides, templates, and online courses on IT law topics. Access is granted immediately after payment and registration.

4. Goods

Goods include physical publications, branded materials, and merchandise related to our legal offerings. Shipment timing depends on stock and logistics.

5. Scheduling and Modifications

Clients may reschedule Services with at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments without prior notice are deemed completed and no reimbursement will be processed.

6. Refund Policy

a) Services

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start are eligible for a full credit toward a future engagement. Requests received less than 7 days prior are not eligible for credit. Credits may be applied to Services within 180 days of issuance.

b) Infoproducts

Within 14 calendar days from access, clients may request a refund if less than 10% of the material has been accessed. After this period or usage level, access is final and no reimbursement applies.

c) Goods

Defective or damaged Goods may be exchanged or refunded if notified within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping expenses for exchanges are the client's responsibility.

d) Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are reimbursed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. If that method is unavailable, we may issue a credit note valid for 12 months.
